The 19" mount system is a worldwide standard in data cabinet manufacture. We have been manufacturing for OEM suppliers in this industry for many years. As a result, our designers are experienced enough to ensure that your product will conform to this exacting system.

Designs are created using the latest in 3D CAD technology, ensuring that even specialised enclosures are 19" compatible.

Vera Cruz has been involved with scores of high profile projects and has built up a track record of performing under pressure. Our designers have many years of experience in the industry, and are able to handle even the most exacting requirements.

On the factory floor, we are geared to handle the expensive, exotic materials typical of the elevator industry. Aluminium, various grades and finishes of stainless steel and even brass are can be processed. This is due to investment in tooling and machinery specifically designed to eliminate marking during processing. In addition to this, our operators and assembly team have extensive experience in the measures needed to work efficiently and effectively with these materials.

FARMING AND AGRO-INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING - HIGH-TECH APPLICATIONS IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

Our sister company, John F. Marshall*, stocks and distributes a slew of products for use in the farming and agro-industrial sector. The bulk of these products are for use in the poultry market.

Various types and configuration of layer cages are stocked. Entry level 2-tier units are aimed for the subsistence/entry-level operation. For commercial purposes a 3-tier system is available. Various levels of automation are also optional: Gantry feeders, chain feeders, automated egg collection and even automated manure removal.

In addition to this, John F. Marshall also stocks a comprehensive range of abattoir equipment, including stunner/bleeder units, a variety of scalders, pluckers and portioning equipment. Also for the commercial enterprise, commercial nest boxes, feeders and drinkers are available for use in breeding farms.
