Our move to our new factory in Germiston gave us the opportunity to re-organise and eliminate redundancies. The 5000 m² factory floor is carefully laid out to optimise work flow and machine efficiency. Improved receiving and dispatch areas enable quicker loading and unloading of vehicles. Our 3 tonne scissor lift is ideal for loading containers and adds to our efficiency.
We have extended our material storage to accommodate increased raw material stocks and also improved our consumables storage system. In addition to this the premises have superb offices with ample meeting facilities.
We have also bought and installed a standby generator with automatic switchover equipment. In the event of a power failure, the 550 kVA unit is immediately activated. As a result, our complete operation is up and running again in less than five minutes.
The end result of all of this is that we are able to deliver a far better service to you, our client.
